Operations Manager

We're looking for a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our Limassol office and support the smooth running of our rapidly growing energy technology company. You'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring excellence in execution across multiple business functions while helping to build scalable processes for our expansion.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations and coordinate office activities in our Limassol headquarters
- Support project management for energy infrastructure deployments, tracking milestones and coordinating with technical teams
- Maintain and improve operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge management systems
- Coordinate with external partners including energy suppliers, equipment vendors, and service providers
- Assist in customer onboarding processes and maintain customer relationship management systems
- Handle procurement activities, vendor management, and contract administration
- Support financial operations including invoice processing, expense management, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Organize team meetings, events, and travel arrangements for local and international team members
- Prepare operational reports and dashboards to track key business metrics and KPIs
- Assist in compliance and regulatory filing requirements for Cyprus and EU operations
- Support HR functions including onboarding new team members and maintaining employee records
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth communication
What we're looking for
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination roles
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Greek language skills are a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Monday.com or similar)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Comfortable working with technical teams and learning new software tools
- Experience with CRM systems and basic data analysis is advantageous
- EU work authorization required (Cyprus residence or EU citizenship)
